– Link utilisation, packet loss, latency, jitter and throughput on every WAN and inter-site link.
– Wi-Fi coverage, channel utilisation, signal strength and client density per access point.
– Application performance — Microsoft 365, Teams, VoIP, line-of-business apps — from the user’s perspective.
Findings feed quarterly business reviews where we recommend specific improvements — replacing under-spec’d APs, splitting busy VLANs, adding redundancy on critical links or right-sizing your internet circuit. The goal is a network that gets better over time, not just one that’s “up”.
