Yes. The RMM agent is from a reputable, enterprise-grade vendor, and we run it under strict security controls. All communication is encrypted in transit, and access to the central platform is protected by MFA, role-based permissions, IP restrictions and full audit logging.
The agent has the privileges it needs to monitor, patch and remediate the device — and nothing more. Critically, our remote-control function (used for troubleshooting) prompts the user to accept the session in most cases, with full audit trails showing who connected, when and what was done.
We’re transparent about this with users: the agent is there to keep their device healthy, secure and supported — not to spy on what they’re doing. We can provide our security documentation, including data-processing details and integration with your existing security stack (SIEM, EDR, identity), as part of onboarding.
